Where do I manage my account information?

You can manage all of your account information in the “My BestDeals” account section. You can do things like:

  • Edit Your Password and Account Details
  • View Your Recent Orders and Won Bids
  • Manage Your Shipping and Billing Addresses
  • Send Support Tickets
Where can I find the Order Number for my order?

This information can be found under the specific order within the section “My Orders and Won Bids” and click on VIEW

How do I Become a VIP member?

If you are interested in becoming a BestDeals Auction VIP member, please send us an email at vip@BestDeals.auction and we will get back to you with more information!

I have created an account but not received my password?

Sometimes we protect our systems by conducting manually registrations. This usually take place within 24 hours, but the process is often quicker than that. As soon as your account has been approved, you will receive an email with a password. If you have not received the email after more than 24 hours have passed, contact our live customer service chat and we’ll help you or send us an email to support@BestDeals.auction 

How do I close my account?

If you wish to close your account, please get in touch with Customer Service at our live chat or send us a support ticket from your profile page.

I have forgotten my password, what should I do?

You may request a new password by clicking on “Lost Your Password”. You can provide your email address or username. You will then receive a link to create a new password via your registered email.

Will my name be public on BestDeals Auction?

No, your name is not visible. If you bid or leave a review only your username is visible. At your profile page you can change your username as long as you don't have any active bids.

I suspect someone unauthorized has been using my account

If you suspect unauthorized use of your account, we recommend that you change your account password immediately. Contact our live Customer Service Chat and we’ll help you reset your account or send us a support ticket from your profile page. We also recommend you to report the incident to us at abuse@BestDeals.auction

I haven’t received my winning email

You will always have access to the same information contained in the winning email on your BestDeals Auction profile page and click on “MY BIDS”, then choose the auction item and click “Pay now”.

Is the correct email address listed on your account? You can control this on “Account Details” from your profile page.

If you’ve submitted the correct address, failure to deliver a winning email can often be attributed to the settings for junk email in your email client. Check the trash folder in order to make sure the email has not ended up there. If you still can’t find the winning email you may need to tweak your settings regarding junk email. Please add our domain @BestDeals.auction as trusted senders.

What is automatic bidding?
Well, you simply enter the highest price you’re willing to pay for an item, and we’ll do the rest. BestDeals Auction will bid in increments on behalf to keep you in the lead, but only up to the limit you gave us. We also send you an email, if someone outbids your max amount, so that you can have the chance to increase the maximum limit again if needed.
Do BestDeals Auction sell replica?
Trading in replicas and counterfeit items is against the law and against BestDeals Auction rules.

How do Buy Now-price work?

Some auction gives you the possibility of “Buy Now”. You then get the chance to buy it directly instead of bidding.

Please observe that Buy Now-price disappears as soon as somebody places a leading bid on the auction that is higher than the Buy Now price. Then the possibility of buying the item at a fixed price will no longer be available, as the auction returns to normal.

What is a reserved price

When an auction has the option Reserved price. That means that the bidding has to reach a certain price level before a winning bid is decided. Unless the bidding reaches the amount, the highest bidder does not win the listing (and therefore no winning email will be sent to you after the auction is ended if the reserved price is not reached). 

The reserved price is always hidden. When the reserved price is reached, a text will be displayed on the auction screen.

How does the countdown on BestDeals Auction work?

When someone puts a higher bid when the auction ends in less than a minute, the time then gets automatically extended for 10 minutes until no higher bids are received during the timeframe down to zero.

We recommend you refresh the page now and then, especially towards the end of the auction in order to verify you’re getting the correct time.

How do I place a bid?

Go to the listing for the item you want to purchase, enter the amount you wish to bid in the bid tab. Click on “BID” when you are ready. Should you be outbid, you will receive an email with information on how to raise your bid.

Go to the top of the site and click on “HOW TO BID” and watch the video.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept over 30 different payment options like VISA, MasterCard, AMEX, Klarna, Apple Pay, PayPal, Samsung Pay etc. Rest assured that all payments are secure on BestDeals Auction. Some payment options will only appear when you use a specific device, i.e., Apple pay appears only as an option when you purchase your product through an iOS device.

 

How can I use my promotional discount code?

When in the checkout page, you will be able to enter the coupon code. Once the coupon code is entered and valid then the discount will be applied to your order.

Can I pay in person?

We are an online auction. The only way to pay for your bids is through our platform.

How do I pay for my won Bids?

You can pay your invoice via your profile page and click on "Pay Now". Or click on “Pay Now” in the winning email you received after the auction ended. There you can pick your preferred payment and delivery option, enter your payment information and click on "Pay".  

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

When will my order ship?

Your order will be processed as soon as we receive your payment. We do our best to ship it out within 24-48 business hours of receiving a complete payment. If you have any other questions, please do not hesitate to contact us on our live chat or by email us at support@BestDeals.auction or by sending us a Support Ticket from your profile page My BestDeals account.

What service level and carriers do you use for shipping?

We offer a variety of carriers such as Schenker, DHL, PostNord, Bring, UPS and many more. Depending on where you live you will get different options at checkout.

I have entered the wrong shipping address; can I change it?

Due to our efforts to reduce fraudulent activity, the system does not allow address changes after the order is paid (you always get an option to send your order to another address before finalizing your payment). If your order has not shipped, we can attempt to cancel it so you can replace the order with the correct address. If the order has shipped, we can request a return OR hold it at the closest carrier location for pickup with a valid ID. Just send a support ticket from your profile page or an email to support@BestDeals.auction or request help in our Customer Service live chat.

My package shows it was delivered but I do not have it. What should I do?

Please contact us via live chat, or email us at support@BestDeals.auction or send us a support ticket from your profile account. We can conduct a carrier investigation with your consent, and we recommend that you also verify with neighboring homes or buildings if they might have accidentally received your package.

I urgently need an item. Can it be shipped overnight?

We apologize for any inconvenience. Some shipping exceptions due to weather, construction, accidents, or similar events cannot be controlled. Other exceptions can be caused by an incorrect address, or the recipient not being present during delivery. We recommend that you pay for your bids or orders as soon as possible (Within 1 day) to allow for normal shipping time, and to keep an eye on the tracking information provided so that you can be around to receive the delivery. Reach out to us as soon as possible if the shipping carrier requires any additional information.

 

I've received my order but I'd like to return it. Do I have to pay for shipping?

To return an order, please reach out to us as soon as possible. We will provide a prepaid return label for orders within our 14-day return policy and 90-day for VIP Members. For returning international orders, please first contact our Customer Service live chat or open a support ticket from your profile page or send us an email at support@BestDeals.auction

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, BestDeals Auction ship internationally. Be sure to provide the correct address in your profile account and choose the available shipping carrier at checkout. Remember as a VIP Member you get to enjoy reduced shipping cost for international orders.

How much is shipping and handling?

This depends on where you live, number of products in your bid cart etc. The exact amount will be provided at checkout. As a VIP Member based in Sweden you get to enjoy free shipping or if you are based outside of Sweden you get to enjoy reduced price on shipping.

My package was delivered damaged. What do I do?

Sometimes a carrier may mishandle a package during transit. Should this happen to your package, please contact us immediately at our Customer Service live chat, or open a support ticket or by sending us an email to support@BestDeals.auction

Will my product come in its original packaging?

Most of our products will come in their original packaging, since everything on BestDeals Auction is brand new. However, if the packaging is not in good condition or has been compromised, we will replace it with a brown box. This does not affect the condition of the actual product.

Do the products come with warranties?

Yes, BestDeals Auction is one of few auction companies in the world that gives a return policy to all of our products, which are covered by a 14-Day Return Policy. If you would like to return your item and you are within 14 days of the purchase, and the product is not used and that the delivery package is in its original condition and not broken, you can request a return label and return the item. Just go to your My BestDeals account profile and send us a Support Ticket (choose ticket type: Request a return) you can also send us an email at support@BestDeals.auction 

As a VIP Member you get to enjoy even more benefits, such as longer return policy up to 90 days.

How do I search on the site?

Use the search function which can be found at the top right side of the site. Type one or more keywords in the search bar (works fine to also just type the model number of the particular product you searching for etc)
